Dr. Muhammad Akmal Remli (or Dr. Akmal) is a senior lecturer and researcher at Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK), Malaysia. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. Dr. Akmal currently holds the position of Director at the Center of Excellence (COE) for the Institute for Artificial Intelligence and Big Data (AIBIG) located at UMK.
